Shipping policy

We do our best to prepare and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.

Delivery Method – Mondial Relay Collection Point

IMPORTANT: Orders shipped with Mondial Relay are NOT delivered to your home address.

Your parcel will be delivered to a Mondial Relay Collection Point (Parcel Shop / Point Relais). The customer is responsible for collecting the parcel from the designated collection point within the collection period communicated by Mondial Relay.

Once your parcel is available for collection, you may receive a notification from the carrier with the relevant collection information.

By placing an order and selecting Mondial Relay Collection Point delivery, you acknowledge and accept that your parcel must be collected from a designated collection point and will not be delivered to your home address.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Belgium: approximately 5 working days.

  • France, Netherlands, Luxembourg and Germany: up to approximately 12 working days.

  • Other European countries: approximately 12–20 working days.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are displayed during checkout before payment.

We offer free shipping on orders of €100 or more to eligible European destinations available at checkout.

Uncollected Parcels

Customers are responsible for collecting their parcel within the collection period specified by Mondial Relay or the applicable carrier.

If a parcel is not collected within the specified period, it may automatically be returned to us by the carrier.

Where a parcel is returned to us as uncollected, we will process the order in accordance with our Refund and Return Policy and applicable consumer law.

Any return costs may only be charged to the customer where permitted by applicable law and where the customer was properly informed in advance that they would be responsible for such costs.
